Cookie policy and consent

https://la-baza.com/ uses necessary cookies for sessions, form protection and preferences. Optional analytics cookies are enabled only with your consent. Rejecting them does not restrict core website functions.

By clicking “Accept all” or “Save settings” with analytics enabled, I freely consent to automated processing of website visit data by Pavel Sergeevich Ryazantsev (Controller; contact: laranta.york@gmail.com) to analyse visits and improve the website. This separate consent is not a condition of registration.

Data includes IP address, cookie and browser identifiers, device, browser and operating system details, referral source, visited pages, visit date, time and duration. Yandex Metrica is used for analytics. Data is transmitted to the provider YANDEX LLC (16 Leo Tolstoy Street, Moscow), under its service terms and privacy policy.

Permitted operations for this purpose are collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, use, transfer to the named provider, de-identification, blocking, deletion and destruction. This consent does not authorise disclosure to an unrestricted public.

Consent and the saved choice last 180 days or until withdrawal, whichever occurs first. Individual analytics cookie lifetimes and provider retention rules are described in the Yandex Metrica documents linked below. The Controller keeps evidence of the decision, time and consent version for up to 180 days; expired records are removed when the next choice is saved.

You can withdraw in “Cookie settings” by disabling analytics and saving settings, or by clicking “Reject”. The website stops analytics and removes accessible analytics cookies. Data already sent and cookies on provider domains are not automatically deleted; contact laranta.york@gmail.com with the subject “Withdrawal of web analytics consent” regarding processing and deletion. Cookies can also be restricted in your browser. Changes to the purpose or provider require renewed consent.
